Chiplote chicken

- 1/2 medium diced red onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp chipotles in adobo (or just the adobo sauce)
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1.5 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp salt
- 60ml water
- 1kg chicken
Method
- Blend until smooth, then marinate up to 24 hours
