Method

  1. Rub the pork shoulder with the pork rub and let it sit for 1 hour
  2. Cook in kamado with the heat deflector at 275f for 5 hours
  3. Wrap in foil and cook for another 3 hours
  4. Remove from the kamado and let it rest for 1 hour wrapped in baking paper and a towel
  5. Shred the pork and serve with BBQ sauce
