Pulled Pork

- 1 pork shoulder (~4kg)
- 100g of pork rub
Method
- Rub the pork shoulder with the pork rub and let it sit for 1 hour
- Cook in kamado with the heat deflector at 275f for 5 hours
- Wrap in foil and cook for another 3 hours
- Remove from the kamado and let it rest for 1 hour wrapped in baking paper and a towel
- Shred the pork and serve with BBQ sauce
